Graphic Details

You may enter one of two ways: (1) go to the graphic details website by clicking here and provide the names and email addresses of your colleagues who might be interested in joining the panel. For each valid name and email address you provide, you will receive one entry into that month's drawing; or (2) send a postcard with your business name, address, and daytime phone number to graphic details, Inc., 98 Park Street, Montclair, NJ 07042. For each postcard we receive, you will receive one entry into that month's drawing. All entries, either online or by mail, must be received by the last day of the month in order to be eligible for that month's drawing.

The graphic details website is intended for use only by professionals, and entry into the drawing is by invitation only. Members of the general public and minors are not allowed to participate. The eligibility of entries will be decided by the president of graphic details, Inc., and the decision is final. Winners consent to the use of their names and or likenesses in announcing the winners. graphic details, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for the prizes advertised.

Your odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. One winner will be chosen on the first of each month (starting on October 1st, 2001) from all entries received for the previous month. All prizes will be awarded based on our drawing, and winners will be posted on our website and notified by US Mail and/or email. All entry forms become the property of graphic details, Inc., and will not be returned. Entrants who register through the graphic details website will have their registration information treated in accordance with the graphic details, Inc. Privacy Policy and Terms of Service Agreement.

Any and all taxes due on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. This drawing is void where prohibited by law. graphic details, Inc. is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due entries or email, or technical, computer, telephone, or telecommunications failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, or failed, incomplete garbled, or deleted computer or network transmissions which may limit the ability to participate in the drawing. graphic details, Inc. also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the drawing in its entirety or just the online portion of the drawing in the event it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired. In such circumstances, a notice will be placed on the site.
